Shipping Policy
We ship every weekday (Monday – Friday) via Australia Post or StarTrack. If you have a preference for a specific courier, please advise us in your order notes and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
If items ordered are in stock, your order should ship within 3 business days of order placement. You will be advised of any delay or backorders as soon as possible.
Customers should expect to receive in-stock goods on average within 4-7 business days from confirmation of order payment. Please Note: This is not a guarantee, simply an average.
Express Shipping
- Express shipping may be facilitated by a number of couriers.
- Express next day deliveries cannot be guaranteed, but all efforts will be made to facilitate and prioritise Express orders.
- Cut-off time for Express orders is 12pm (Brisbane Time).
- Express Orders placed after 12pm will dispatch next business day.

Specific instructions noted in the comments section of your order will be fulfilled to the best of our ability, remember we are not a logistics provider, we simply engage third party logistics providers on your behalf.
Freight Charges
- Orders placed online over $500 will receive free regular shipping.
- Free shipping offer excludes Express services.
- Phone orders, purchase orders or orders placed via email will be subject to freight charges.
- Offline orders do not qualify for the free shipping offer.
